I even tried to "recycle" latex rubber from popped balloons and then joining and pasting with rubber solution for rubber repairs, and it didn't work very well, once the latex is worn by the degradation proccess of "oxydation", it looses their physichal properties, and doesn't behave like before

I don't think is recyclable.
If you haven't seen in the packages of balloons, I think it says "made of natural latex rubber, 100% biodegradable" or something like that.
Meaning when you use the balloons the latex starts a proccess of natural latex degradation, just like a plant (actually rubber is taken from rubber trees).
I think that means if you put latex shards in a hole and cover them with soil/dirt, it will decompose and become part of the soil/earth.
That proccess of degradation, I think it's a chemical proccess, meaning the latex changes (loses) its physical properties, and is no more elastic, something like that I think I read somewhere

Sadly, no, latex rubber doesn't have that properties like the plastic bottles.Β And since those enviromentalists claims, the balloons manufacturers try to make all their balloons biodegradable, actually, the natural proccess of degradation, Oxydation, starts when you inflate the baloon for the first time.

No this black has been inflated at keast 4 times and stretched nicely each time. These Cattex balloons are really high quality and strong!
