I would assume it would be nice to blend in with the enviroment, daft grey, brown. But that is just my own speculations.  They have found certain colour aspects in some theropods wich indicates to black, i would honestly believe it would be similar to what you see today in animals living in different areas of the world,  like Africa, elephants, rhinos.
