Yes actually! His hair and tail are both composed of Ki, or energy, in this form. The form is called the True Super Saiyan form, a form that takes place of SSJGod and SSJ4 in my character's universe, not to mention it's just more powerful than those other forms anyways. XD

Actually, the form's full power covers his entire body in Ki. It's called Overdrive. Look at my more recent deviations, I drew it.
