kay i calculated this based off of the daizenshuu
ginyu's highest power level stated by a scouter is: 240,000
zarbons power level in his base form is: 23,000
zarbon in his true form is: 55,000
dadorias power level as stated by a scouter is 22,000
if zarbon were to fuse with dadoria via portara when he was in his first form his power level would be 43,000x10 )which equals 430,000(43,000 would be his fusion dance power level as fusion dance doesn't have a multiplier so zaroria already outclasses ginyu by a huge margin and hes not even at his full power.
now what if zarbon had been in his full power true form?
as said zarbon full power is 55,000 while transformed so that added with dadorias power level of 22,000 is 77,000(in fusion dance) times 10 equals 770,000
in the end zaroria transformed with a power level of 770,000 FAR outclasses ginyu and even surpasses frieza first form and on top of that is almost as powerful as frieza in his second form
