Description
This is my third drawing of Cell that I just did on my sketch pad, with out a reference pic this time (And with crap pencils)
! When I feel like it I'm going to edit it on GIMP and tidy it up a bit 
.PS. Why does Cell have to have so many spots?? lol

why does he have so many spots? simple. to piss off artists when we try to draw them. XD that and Toriyama probably got a little crazy when he made Cell. XD
