As you can probably tell this guy is pretty grumpy, don't worry, he has nothing against you. He just doesn't sleep all that well. He is responsible for two ginormous pains in the butt and he is actually quite nice... in his own special way. If he scolds you or yells at you it means he cares. If not, he will just blow you off like a leaf on his shoulder.
▪▪ History TLDR!!! --- Country boy lives a normal but not luxurious life on the ranch, best friend kisses him before moving away, country boy shocked, him and parents go camping, get caught in a mudslide, parents die, country boy injured, wakes up in hospital with new lung and evolved form, family in debt , 6 months in hospital, 3 years working part-time, 4th year moves to Pokeyo-City.---
Sebastian was born into a family that wasn't rich or poor, but middle class you could say. His family ran a ranch, it looked quite funny, a family of Gogoat and one Darmanitan. Now that was quite the pairing... a fire type man married to a grass type woman. You'd think there was a lot of fires breaking out! Nope, the only thing that broke out was the the animals from their cages.
The father was an 'adventurer' he called himself, but really he was a carefree homeless man that fell in love with a country girl with twin braids. The girl was very shy and very polite, charmed by his gentle nature and his spirit. No, he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed but he made her laugh. That was enough for her, and her happiness was all he wanted for her. The grandparents didn't like the pairing at all because the boy had to respect for his elders and no manners at that! The, now, family of four would have to learn to live with one another since the little Skiddo wife had a bun in the oven.
Sebastian was born and he was loved and smothered by his family, save for his father who was very carefree and someone who Sebastian saw someone as... useless. He didn't mean it as a bad thing it's just his father was someone who couldn't even take care of himself! He loved him all the same, scolding his own father from time to time about safety and things was actually quite nice. His father would always apologize and pet his head of green hair. The man did have one redeeming quality, he knew how to cook! That was one thing Sebastian had inherited from his father, a love of cooking. The two aimed to be the father-son cooking masters of the world!
Sebastian wasn't fated to be an only child though, on his eleventh year he was given twin little brothers who he loved dearly! He would even race to his baby brothers' cribs and help feed them or even change their diapers. As he went to school, Sebastian gained a friend. A boy whom he would care for dearly and never entirely forget... Life passed by and the two were still as close as ever, the two talked about life, girls, jobs , everything.
Graduation comes along, and Sebastian, his Best Friend, and a few other kids choose to go to a graduation party. Alcohol was given out and the two boys got drunk. Sebastian had never drank before and was beginning to figure out he couldn't hold his liquor very well. His best friend took him home, thankfully the family was asleep so Sebastian wouldn't get a scolding. Barely conscious, Sebastian could see his friend's flushed face as it got closer. The last thing Sebastian remembers is feeling his lips melt against his friend's before they get up and leave in a rush.
"That... was my...first kiss."
Sebastian passed out afterwards in the hallway, waking up the next day with pieces of memories and an aching headache . The only memory he did remember, completely, was his best friend kissing him. Sebastian ran toward his best friend's house to ask why he had done that, or if it had all been a dream.
No, it couldn't have been a dream! It all felt too real...
The thought of it embarrassed and enraged him, why?! Why did his best friend do that? They had known each other for so long, they knew everything about each other. As Sebastian stopped in front of his best friend's house he saw the place was stripped of everything... furniture, knick knacks, everything. Sebastian collapsed to the ground. His best friend had moved, leaving him behind... as well as the tree house that stood beside the mountain's base.
Sebastian was shocked to say the least. He didn't tell his family about the night of the graduation party but he did tell them that his friend had left. Sebastian's family watched as their oldest boy not care about anything as he wracked his mind on secrets he wouldn't tell. Sebastian's parents offered to take him camping, just the three of them. The twins would stay at home with their grandparents. The grandparents didn't like the idea at all, it had been the worst rainy season in the past 10 years. Mudslides were common around the mountains, and all that loose earth was a bad idea. The father ignored their warnings, not believing a thing about their old joints predicting the weather.
"The sky is clear, not a cloud to be seen! Don't worry~"
As the three hiked up the mountains, Sebastian had started to forget about his inner battle and started enjoying his camping trip with his mother and father. As night fell, a storm rolled in, thunder clashing, rain beating against their tents. It had started to flood in that area, causing mudslides. Sebastian had ripped through his tent that refused to budge open and tried to run to his parent's tent. The earth slipped and moved underneath him, causing him to get caught in a mudslide. His parents tent was caught with him. All sorts of debris was carried off with them; mud, roots, rocks, trees... Sebastian had latched himself on a tree that had been uprooted and carried off. He could to nothing but call for his mother and father. He couldn't see the tent anywhere as the rain beat his face and the mud beat his body. Something had knocked into the tree, causing it to break in two. Pain shock through him as he was crushed by the tree. His ribs were on fire and his lungs felt as if he were about to drown. The pain was causing him to black out, the muffled voices didn't even wake him.
"Over here! We fou.... on...."
A bright light burned his eyes as Sebastian began to wake up. His body felt heavy and he immediately felt the sharp pain on his right side, letting out a loud moan as he bit his tongue to stop himself from screaming.
"I wouldn't move around if I were you," the doctor had informed him, looking at the tablet at the end of Sebastian's bed.
"W-What? Why?" Sebastian gasped as he laid back down slowly, his right side burned terribly.
"You haven't fully recovered from surgery yet, son, and you still have bruising." the doctor let out a sigh and removed his glasses, his tied eyes finally landing on Sebastian. "You are very lucky to be alive, broken every one of your ribs, a crushed lung, not to mention the other broken bones..." the man scowled, walking away.
"S-Surgery? Wh-Why?" everything was happening so fast, his head ached, no, his whole body ached!
"Your crushed lung. Your family is waiting for you outside, i'll let them in." the doctor said before letting in his family. The twins burst through the door nearly knocking the poor man over.
Sebastian was relieved to see that the twins were alright after the storm, even if they were home they all lived on a mountain top. The twins started to ask him so many questions at once that he couldn't begin to think of which one to answer first. It was when their grandparents came in that Sebastian could tell something was wrong. They looked as if they were half dead, red, puffy eyes and all.
"Gramps? Gram?"
"Sebby... there is something you should know." Sebastian's grandfather said to him as he gently put a hand on his wife's shoulder. She looked as if she was about to break into tears and collapse to the floor.
Sebastian's eyes grew wide, he couldn't feel or hear a thing as his twin brothers grabbed onto Sebastian as he started to collapse out of his hospital bed. Nurses could be seen rushing in, running to Sebastian's side and pushing his family out of the door.
Sebastian had blacked out once more, when he woke up he was alone. This time he was more aware of what had happened and what was happening. His body was broken and repaired, his parents taken away because of his own selfishness, and now... they rest of his family was at risk for falling into debt. The surgery had been to take out and fully replace his right lung. The surgery was paid for by his grandparents, not wanting to lose a grandchild and their daughter and son-in-law as well all in the same night. Sebastian had even learned that he had evolved during the mudslide because of all the stress his body had gone through. Sebastian went through self hatred for the first few months while he had to stay in the hospital so the doctors could watch how his body reacted and adapted to the robotic lung. He didn't feel completely like himself anymore. He had an ugly scar on his chest where the surgery had taken place. An ugly reminder...
Six months Sebastian had to stay in that hospital, but he would have to go to a referred robotics specialist every month so adjustments could be made when he started to grow again since men didn't stop growing for a good while. More bills... Sebastian put off going to college for three years to help out his family in starting above water. He took every part time job he could to help them out and to make himself feel useful, he didn't want to be useless... a robot that rusted away in a corner.
News of a big city with a new and very generous neighbor caught Sebastian's attention. Several districts, one cheap to live in and one right next door with prosperous schools and a port! He could find jobs there, he could go to school, and the twins could too. They deserved a good education... Sebastian had informed his grandparents that he would leave with the twins the following year for Pokeyo-City. Where, Sebastian hoped, his family could find a way to live.

Sad part is, he is the type of person that seems Like a complete jerk at first but he does everything like a stay at home dad/mom. XD
Example: while Seb watches the papers fall to the ground he looks at his watch. Aggitated with himself he walks past, snarling. However after a few seconds he could be seen helping pick them up. His frown reaching his eyes as he looks at the stranger. "Next time use a set of large paperclips and a plastic bag to carry those in so you don't waste so much time. " his voice curt almost in a growl. He left giving the woman(?) the papers and looked at his watch again. "I'm gonna be late..." he muttered to himself.
