I noticed the thing about Dr Who and Supernatural, it made me laugh. Like David Tennant (who is Scottish) doing that fake scottish accent in 'Tooth and Claw' (Crowley's actually scottish, but, you know)

More than likely it wasn't "fake", he just switched to his natural accent for those lines.
But I do have to appreciate how well Tennant does a Received Pronunciation accent (BBC English).
