I made everything by hand.Two slices of sour dough bread: Toasted with olive oil seasoned with fresh cracked pepper , red chili pepper flake, and cilantro leaves
Spicy but not hot seasoned tilapia fillet marinated with fresh cracked pepper, sea salt, chili powder, mirin (rice wine vinegar), olive oil, and white balsamic vinegar.
With Lettuce, thin sliced tomato, diced cilantro and green onion.
With a special savory and spicy chili Dijon mustard mayonnaise.

I think out of everything you've done, I'm the most impressed by this one! It looks truly professional. And positively delectable. The contrast, the toasting... the seasoning on the bread... the fact that it's against a black background, with the shiny beneath, it all just says SANDWICH. And not "Oh, hum, it's a sandwich." It's like... "I AM SANDWICH. EAT ME NOW."
