Very well executed, b/w is the perfect choice for this & the reflection is just perfectly captured and intrinsically essential to the conveying of the emotion in this image.

This is a nicely conceived and executed piece with good emotion and depth. Glancing at it I am forced to ask, "Is the mannequin longly looking out the window yearning for the freedom and fresh air? Or, is the mannaquin trying to connect with the phantom reflection out of a sense of isolation and lonliness?" It is a piece that could have many meanings.

Thank you for the great comment. It's strange how some photos come about -- for this one I got the idea and executed the whole thing in under 10 minutes, while for some of my other photos, I thought them through for days/weeks and they didn't come out even close to how nice this one did.

It is perhaps one of the great mysteries of photographic art...and art in general. Sometimes the universe is trying to convey it's own mesage, and we are merely the spokespeople
