Here's a Batman drawing I just finished. The main purpose of this one was to do a background. Backgrounds are a challenge for me so I need to draw them more often. I'm pretty pleased with the way this one turned out. Hope you like it...Related content

I like this :3 Ahaha, it reminds me of the Transformers movie-- if you've seen it.. Optimus does the same thing with the Autobot logo. XD

I don't think anyone really like doing backgrounds.
But everyone likes your art!
There are two things I noticed though, the building that is closest to him fades into red, which I think looks a bit weird since the sky is red and the building Batman's on stays black, as do the bottoms of all the other buildings. The other thing would be on his right arm the clenched fist looks a bit akward.

good job here, you've done Batman justice, while giving him and the background that sort of feel the Saturday morning cartoon from the 90's did. with the red sky and all. perspective on the buildings are pretty good. overall a good effort. keep it up, I hope to see more from you.

i'm not sure exactly what you do, as far as technique goes, when you edit your drawings in Photoshop (I'm assuming you use) but, to help a little on your backgrounds, have you tried layering a "grainy-esque" pattern (or graphic) into your creation, then, "cleaning it up around the edges" (so to speak)? perhaps that'll be easier for you.

The background is brilliant came out really well. And the bat symbol is a really nice touch to it just finishes the whole picture off.
