how do you outline your brush thing

photoshop has this brush setting that I use (though you'll prolly still get the same results without it)
pretty much go to brush settings,
check "other dynamics"
and in the other dynamics change the settings to:
opacity jitter 0%
pen pressure
flow jitter 0%
pen pressure
What this does is make the lines a little see through and more flowy (make sure to uncheck other dynamics when putting down the base colors, you can check it again for shading though)
Then when I line I go really slowllyyy over each line, making sure that they're not wiggly or sketchy. Sadly, I'm not one of those people that can do a single good looking stroke, so it takes me some time just to do a line >_>
I change the size as I go along too. so like the outside edges are thicker than the inside edges
and then I make shadows on a couple spots (like the one that Leo has under his chin)
I dont think that I did it with this particular picture
but usually when I'm done coloring and shading and all
I make a copy of the lines and gaussian blur it a little to make the picture look glowy
so like:
blurred lines
non blurred lines
color layer
