Adam's Comments:
Okay, one weird thing about doing a giant crossover is we needed to write it so it could be followed by someone who only read one of the comics. So we do have to spend a little bit of time getting people up to speed if someone is only passingly familiar for WaR. It was also a good way to ease into the new chapter. When taking a mental break and having to gear up for a new chapter it really helps if the first page is something simple and easy to put out like this one.

Obviously, this is just showing the full speech Alex made at the end of Two Kings And A Jester, which is our big "Gondor Calls For Aid" moment. .... Gaaaaah, during the filler we totally could've had sequences of different characters watching this and reacting to it! Nnn... Man, that would've been cool and easy to do, and led in great to this final page. Nnn.

Eh, spilled milk. This should have everyone up to speed.

Man, setting these pages up across three comics is gonna take some getting used to....

Yeah, all Alex on this one; this is kind of intended as just a quick wrap-up page explaining the premise of the crossover and laying out what anyone who doesn't read Wright as Rayne needs to know about the story going ahead. We'll see both Militant Gold and Blue Blood Heroes characters in the next page, didn't want to wait long before getting into the meat of the crossover since that's kind of why everyone's here and all.

Kind of alluded to that a bit with the comment of them apologizing if they're giving any information that folks already know. Felt like kind of a cute way to nod at it that also makes sense in-universe since some of the characters being recruited for this do in fact already know about the locks.
