Yup, that's exactly who it is. It's an AU of Jack and Gabe in their SEP days. Gabe's wings are modeled after a Griffin Vulture and Jack is a Leucistic Rough-legged Hawk and White Morph Red Tailed Hawk.

Woo what magnificent wings! I love this particular type of wing and how you arranged them on his back, and how they spread and fold, so cool! Also I love the markings, so subtle and lovely ^^
