He hated spring detentions. He would rather have gone into the Forest for days on end, or lug water to the pumpkin patch til he was muddy and drenched, or EVEN brave Hagrid's "spot o' summat ter eat". But this... this just took the biscuit.

He glared at the gangly golden beast at the other end of the bottle. Any third year could tell you why a unicorn would let some teenage boys so close to it. If Black ever found out, Severus would have to endure furtive glances and muffled giggles from girls for the next three years.

For the wonderful for our trade (she's been waiting for MONTHS) as well as for the Timewarp Showdown ! Young Snape hating his life, as per usual. Before anyone asks, baby unicorns are golden coloured, not white! Apparently they turn silver as they get older, much like Lippizaner foals methinks!
