Here we go. I finally finished this puppy up!
Yeah ... puns.
Anyway, this is one of the last contest prizes I still owed the winners of my 2010-ish contest. I swear, I used to be more prompt about this sort of thing. I'm really sorry about that. This is *meroe1313 's character, Meroe. She requested a picture of him hanging out in a city. I hope I got that right, because cityscapes are always tough nuts to crack for me. On the other hand, I am quite pleased with the fur textures this time around.

I'm making a trainer card for IPL at the moment. Seeing you and Athens do that kind of stuff made it look like fun, and I need the practice.
Also, my ship keeps going out to sea for at least a month at a time, so I never have a stable period of internet connectivity. It's so dumb. X_x
