Now then, to explain, I was inspired to do a reboot upon Sonic's father because Jules and Bernie as non roboticized Mobians had a too much similarity to Sonic and before you start with the "it's all about genes" thing, this ain't DBZ ._. You can have some traits of looks from your parents but that doesn't mean you have to make the family look like something out of MS Paint where you just slap clothes and extra hair on. So, I did my best here with what I could for Sonic's father, at first he was Jules as I RP-ed him but I eventually gave him a reboot by making him older and rather deadpan and sleep deprived and going for the Sonic Underground canon, I even changed his name, so yeah, he's based off Jules. If you need explanation about his robotic arm well, during a roleplay with the most WORSE Sonic roleplayer I've EVER seen, he had his Sonic grabbed Jules's arm while he was still Jules and basically Sonic turn Dark and utterly damaged his arm. Wanna know the reason Sonic grabbed Jules's arm? Simple, because Jules "insulted" Amy Rose, with a not insulting at all kind of insult! The RP-er is known as SonicTheHedgehog988, you can go see rants of him on YouTube as to why he's so bad and worse. So yeah, after the incident, Jules's arm was replaced by a friend that helped him and now he has a metallic arm. Now, for his rebooted self's bio.

About: Julius was formerly a king of the kingdom Mobotropolis and his wife was Queen Aleena. After there marriage, Julius said he wanted to go travelling for a while because it was his dream, Aleena was okay with it and told him he should follow it and be back soon to help raise the kids when he was done, Julius agreed and went on his way until a storm came and knocked him off the boat he rode on and straight into the ocean where he was lost at sea, the last thing he heard before being swept away by the heavy waves was his brother Charles calling him by his nickname "Jules."

Julius eventually was swept to an island where his head was collided with a rock and damaged his skull and causing him to heavily bleed, he was then found by a wise monk (species is an albino rat) whom saw him at the verge of dying. The monk rushed him to a hospital in a near resort spot on the island and he had surgery but eventually as soon as he woke it was revealed he had amnesia and no recollection to anything about his past nor what happen to him.

The wise monk that rescued him eventually took him in, the monk was an aquakinetic, pyrokinetic and aerokinetic user whom assisted in creating an island which people could live peacefully and quietly away from the commotion in the big cities. The monk eventually taught Julius strategies in fighting to defend himself and how elemental kinetic abilities work. Things were going rather well for him even seeing the monk as a father-figure.

However, the peace didn't last very long as a sudden spacial rift opened on the island and unleashed a sort of monster that attacked the people by absorbing there essence, Julius and the monk had to fight the monster to help evacuate the remaining people that weren't absorbed. The monk gave a goodbye to Julius as he sacrificed himself to defeat the monster and was slowly fading away as well as his kinetic abilities, Julius cried to him asking him not to leave, the wise monk gave Julius his last kinetic ability which was aquakensis and ask Julius to do good with it, the monk then faded away leaving Julius to cry because he failed to protect the person that saved him.

Julius eventually left the island and went on a journey on his own to find out how he can help those in need, he however has become seemingly emotionless since the events on the island.

The past: Way back before Aleena, Julius use to date a girl name Bernadette when he was just a soldier for the royal family, but eventually broke up with her as his feelings went to Aleena, Bernadette understood and the two from now on just became friends.

Powers: Aquakinetic user, able to heal or fight with water. Though, it goes out of control if he is too negative.

Personality: Julius is often deadpan and seemingly emotionless which make others think he's cold but really it just takes him a while to trust people, he's actually very caring to those close to him. His kensis is in link with his emotions, if he gets too upset he'll lose control with using his abilities, It does though take a lot to get him upset. He's also still suffering amnesia so if asked whom his family was he'd say the monk whom was a father-figure to him thus showing how much he cared about him. He's also quite excited with adventures but barely seems to show it due to his tone of speaking sounding kinda dead or void of emotion

Likes/Loves: Music, Adventures, Sketching, Fighting in battles, Nature, Flickies and sometimes just being on his own to read books.

Dislikes: People hurting or attacking him or anyone close to him without reason, Interrupting him while reading unless it's something important, Spicy food, Spoiled people, Nature being destroyed, Being mistaken to be cold or uncaring.

Other information: He gets paranoid often about being touched on the head due to his stitching, He's rather sleep deprived sometimes due to stress which is why he has dark circles under his eyes. He doesn't enjoy talking all that much about his arm even though he doesn't recall how it got injured he becomes uncomfortable of the topic about his metal arm.

That's pretty much it for now, if I think of anything else to add, I will add it. Now, he's a mix of both Archies canon back then and Sonic Underground but the rest of his bio was of my idea, I'm not saying this reboot I did of him is the best nor you have to completely like it, all I ask is you not be so rude if you don't like this at all.
