.:Azure Blur:.Ta-dah~! Look what I found in my hard drive a few days ago. I pretty sketch that deserves a nice final picture.
This was a pose practice I did a long time ago. I saw it and thought, "Oh, this would be great to practice my new line art style!"
Anyways, this is just a random fan art for *puritylf4 . If she liked my last picture for her ( [link] ) then she's gonna love this one. After all, I've improved so much since then.
I made the background as a variation of *puritylf4 's backgrounds. ( [link] ) 'Tis just my little version of it.
I titled this one .:Azure Blur:. because if Sonic's the Blue Blur, then Becky must be the Azure Blur. (for the morons or un-informed out there, "azure" is sky blue in French)
And, yes, Becky drew that smilie on her finger.

I tried pretty hard to get the pose right. As every artist knows, poses can be a bitch when they want to. This was also meant to look like your wallpapers because I didn't have a better idea for a background. xD
Aw, it was nothing. 
The smiley on her finger was at first a joke I put on the sketch, but later I decided to put it in the final thing. xD Just adds a little originality to the pic.

My new style is great for the fact that it takes even less time than my normal line art! My normal line art is roughly 2 hours, but this new style is only about an hour and a half! 30 MINUTES OF MY LIFE I CAN SPEND DOING SOMETHING ELSE, WHOO!!!
The picture in general is roughly 4 to 5 hours. Most of my pictures take that long.

I tried a new style of coloring. I lightened the flat colors and used a 50% opacity multiply layer with the flats colors. (confusing, no?) I only tried this style once before. I rather like it. ^_^

Hmm. *shrug* I don't think she's a recolor. Sure, there are more original characters out there, but she's definatly better than the recolors. Like the red Sonic with blue shoes. Why is that so common?
Still, I know where you're coming from. But Becky mainly looks like a recolor because ever since she was made there are a whole bunch of Becky clones. It kinda brings down Becky's image because there are so many simmilar apearances to her. Y'know what I mean? =/

I don't know. Maybe *puritylf4 just found the way to spread herself over the internet so that almost every Sonic fan atleast knows or has seen her around.
Or maybe she could just be lucky? Some people are just like her or use her same methods of becoming popular, but just don't get the same results? Who knows.

Popularity is pure luck sometimes, but is not a wish. Iยดm glad that is always someone that accepts the way that I am.

With me right now, I'm pretty happy with my popularity. Not so popular that I get swarmed with fan-tards, but not so un-popular that people haven't even heard of me. Just the right popularity that people can recognize my style and know me.

Well, Iยดm not popular, not in that hiiiigh level of thousands of favs or notes. But Iยดm quite glad that not. Popularity is depressing, always target of art thief, of jealous artists, spams and so. So in my opinion popularity is more bad thing than good.
Says that Iยดm an average level, not too good, not too bad. Iยดm very happy and satisfated with that.
