Description
This is a tweak of 'Mutations' by(For those who don't know what the Tudor Rose is, it is a combination of the red rose of Lancaster and the white rose of York, which were two rival houses from the royal house of Plantagenet. They fought the Wars of the Roses between 1455 and 1487).

I have done a bit of Photoshop post work to finish this image off, as the Mandelbulb image only shows the red rose.

Since The White Queen made it across he water (to the continent at least) we all should know... But to be honest, I never connected the Tudor rose to the Plantagenets, and I really paid attention in foregn history class 
And the render is splendid in colour and detail. You probably had to go through some pains to get the colouring so great
