sss......my husband just had surgery 3 weeks ago, so I've been helping him...and my left shoulder has been aching so bad that I cant concentrate on anything...I apologize for being away so long!!!! BIG HUGS!!!!!!

Oh Marilyn I am so sorry to hear this, I really am.
Surgery for what?
I have had a bad arm for ages BUT it is getting better working with an Ostoopath.........apparently I have to ribs which have gone AWOL!
Hurts like HELL if I make the wrong movement.
I know it is because of the way I sleep...............am trying to correct this!
SUCH fun getting OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Be kind to YOURSELF???????????

my husband had a gastric sleeve done, he had two thirds of his stomach removed..he's getting around little by little each day, he still feels some pain.
I have been seeing a physiotherapist for 3 months now and anything she has tried so far is not working, my doctor says that he will send me to a specialist to see if I might need surgery.
it DOES suck getting old!!!! I hope your arm gets better real soon. take care of yourself Jenny! BIG HUGS!!!

Oh how awful............as one gets older it takes so long to heal?

No problem with arm, will keep going until it is gone!

I went to my physiotherapist and she thinks that my muscles, tendons and this sac called the bursa are all inflamed.....my dr says I might need surgery or something....all I know is that I am in so much pain 24 hrs a day and no pain pills help
