Yo, gonna be honest, this design is definitely just Reigen's fursona, but that's okay, he can be a Waifumon. Some people may also pick up on the pattern of incorporating the hair of the character into the design, and that's because most important character's in Mob psycho have very basic faces, so the hair is the natural pick for facial detail to identify the character. I promise, I'll try to make it more subtle for the next characters (except Teru, if anything, his hair will become MORE prominent considering his whole thing).

Design notes:
It made sense to me to make Reigen a normal type, and the Fighting type was added because 1)yeah, he knows how to fight, but also 2) he uses his hands a lot.
Some people may question me making the Pokemon primarily grey, but I really wanted to replicate the suit in the design, and while it's a questionable design decision, I like it. Plus, the pink from the tie gave me a cool accent color.
I knew that I needed to design this Pokemon with expressive hands, because it's so important to conveying Reigen's character. Pokemon don't traditionally have such hands, so it was a bit difficult to come up with a design that works for my purposes. Also, on the topic of hands, no, the prongs on the end of the tail aren't also fingers, It's just to carry that shape throughout the design so it's not just on the hands.
Mobbuneko had a Reigan reaction, so Rinarigan gets a Mob reaction. He's probably very confused about what his master is trying to say to him, considering Pokemon don't naturally speak human languages.
May "con fox Pokemon" could be better, but I just like how it sounds when I say it.
