Description
I had an immense amount of fun drawing this! Aside from Reshiram's Blue Flame and Lugia's Aeroblast, this has to be one of my favourite moves. Coincidentally, Latios's signature move
A combination of cross-hatching followed by smudge shading and sharpening the edges of the light beams with an eraser did the trick. I decided to do this with graphite only because coloured pencils aren't as easy to erase as graphite.
