Finally! Some justice! A comic book writer in Marvel who recognizes and loves Gambit and Rogue together. Only wish the story lasted beyond 3 issues of the current Gambit series, #10-12.

100% agree with the anti-Rogue/Buckethead comments below. The age gap as well, ugh.
Although, I don't agree with the "Rogue's a slut" idea. Bear in mind that a lot of the guys - aside from Remy - she's been able to touch: Cody (pre-powers), Pulse (power nullifier), Colossus (metal skin immune), Mags (Savage Land nullifying powers). But with Remy: nothing in the way of power nullifying or other ways of touching (aside from Antarctica, what did they do there before everything went tits-up?) so it's obvious that she's been doing her best to get some physical relationships, but the fact that she wanted Remy as 'guinea-pig' in Legacy proves that she loves him far more than anything she's felt for the others.
I do agree that she knows what Mags has done and that should make her less happy to get into another relationship with him, but he's an X-Man now, he's "reformed" (although I point a finger at the Savage Land arcs and say: yeah, wasn't that the same as last time?) so she thinks he's trying to be good and she wants to give him a second chance.
So it's only a matter of time before he cocks it up and she's back with Remy, and they have lots and lots of babies, and live happily ever after, and Buckethead's great, stupid bucket gets him smooshed by a massive magnet!

In other news, I love the picture. And it's cute that they're getting a moment before some Sentinel smashes the wall in, shouting "HALT, MUTANT!" and ruining it for us.
Yeah, ranting about Buckethead makes me cynical.

It's not just boring pairing... it's just dumb... everything that Magento has done to people... and she's that fucking stupid????? Almost makes me wish that Gambit and Rogue don't get back together... someone who is that dumb and that much of a slut is not worth Gambit's time

I love these two. They so deserve to be together, and use the relationship to its fullest. Too bad the writers have gone haywire lately. Interesting background, too.
