Description okay, so this is a redo of a old pic of HTTYD fanart, looking back on this pic I was like "omg, this is horrid!" it did not do the movie justice at all, so I redid it to where I can like it alot more. watching the riders of berk series kin of inspired to redo this.

Absolutely gorgeous this is, really love the job on the clouds n' the light setting over all. ^^
(I personally liked both pics fine though, but still is undeniable that ye did some fine improvements that turned the pic from good to extremely good. X3)

i left the proportions and lighting was not really right in the first one, so that is why i redid it.

Mm, in comparison I can understand why on some parts, but is just one of the beauties of being an artist: Ye come up with an idea n' when the prototype of it is sketched out, ye just improve n' polish on it till it feels complete. X3 Needless to say, ye did a nice job nonetheless. :3

I didn't see your original picture, but I like this version. It really is a unique style, and I like HTTYD images that show the artist's own interpretation. I especially like how you portray Toothless and the colors of the sky in the background. Something about your art seems to look like Middle Ages/Byzantian art styles, which would be very accurate for the time period when the movie took place.
