What is that think on the front. It kind looks like a crane maybe? & the thing on the back is that a retracting missile launcher?

At the front it's the radar I think, at the back one of the missile launcher.

Oh I was one for one. The sub with the radar like that doesn't seem very aerodynamic for the water it must retract then.

I've got no infos about the details and how it works but I've got a theory.
At the photo you see the radar in operation mode. Before the submarine dives under the upper part and the "dish" fold in and the whole part at the front rotate 180 degrees. Then the "tower" is closed, waterproof and aerodynamic.
