Really good lookin cake. What kind of cake is the inside of the enrobing? I really like the choc decos in the middle, traditional tempur or Mycryo? Where do u go to school?

The cake itself is a layer of chocolate cake, a pate suree disk, raspberry jam, and chocolate mousse.
It's coated in ganache, and the rosettes are ganache.
The curls are just made with tempered white and dark chocolate.
