She's an anthro panther
well..not all the time
she has three forms
human- normal of course
half human anthro- her ears, hands, and feet halfway change along with her tail
anthro- as you see here in this pic
as for her name
Tsume- claw
Biyoku- tail

its short for anthropomorphic
its giving human characteristics to inanimate objects and animals
but in this case Tsume has panther characteristics but its still called anthro
