Gru cradling a dying Lucy in his arms. I can imagine this happening on one of their missions. Lucy tries to protect Gru or she becomes reckless and ends up getting seriously injured.Related content

That is so sad. Remember Vesper Lynd's death in Casino Royale? I tried hard not to cry at that scene.

WOw.... I love these kind of dramatic moments. This is beautiful!!! Of course, i do these scenes with my own characters but...I am one of those people that refuses to ACTUALLY kill anyone off.

When gru and lucy felled in the ocean, and gru was the one swimming, i was like "no! Not lucy! She cant drown!! Gru loves her!"
But then i got happy that she was still all right X3

That's what I was thinking. There's might be a scene in the movie where there's a tearjerker moment (just like in repunzel) when either Gru or Lucy are going to get seriously injured that they are only a beat away from death. Thank you BTW ^^

True and I love that quality about him which makes me love the movies so much!! However, I still like that he still has some of his villainous traits like his car smashing through others and he still uses his weapons. I'm glad they didn't get rid of those traits otherwise, honestly, it would have just ruined the movie!
