At least they can't have babies. That's a relief! I can't believe they're not ashamed. Look at them."I assumed that if germancest was real, it woud definitely feed hostile gossips for a looong time. Poeple could not resist having an opinion about it. The fact that Gilbert is an albino woud just make everything worse. But it would be Ludwig's brillant success in business that would make poeple really mad. I honnestly don't know what I would think about it.

Only one arm in the picture has nails on it,I'd suggest putting fingernails on all or none of the hands
The bricks and bushes lack detail
Both faces could use more emotion
The gray haired guy's pelvis is too small for his legs
As much I love the sunset,the purple of the sky should be more subtle and maybe incorporate some blue

I don't know how I would react If germancest was real, but I was always a sucker for twisted forbidden love. And always loved shocking relationships, so I am certain that I would support it.

If they are in human universe and indeed brothers, then this is what Gilbert is dreaming about being under heavy drugs in some sort of psychiatric facility. [Angsty, I know. In my defence, they look relaxed to me, relaxed and sane like normal couple which has nothing to hide. Also, the sky looks almost surreal.]
If my cousins or close friends end up in such relationships I would most likely support them. However, it does not mean that in the same situation I myself would have guts to fight social norms.
I think we can not expect that society will be tolerant to such couples in the near future. It is still struggling to accept same-sex relationships.
