Ooooh, this is a great entry! You've done a great job with the idea and an even better job with the pixeling. I would hate to even consider making something that rotates like that! This is also one of the more unique ones, so I hope you do well.

JEENYUUS! That IKEA cape rocks, the frog is pixelled really well, and the animation is very smooth. I agree with sereneworx that the head should probably stay sync'd with the rest of the body as it turns, but other than that it's absolutely perfect

haha.. great job..
a few things though.
The head stops rotating before the rest of the body, thus leading to it looking like the whole thing stops a bit before continueing to move.
And the ikea shirt is kinda hard to read...

It's supposed to look like she's looking at the camera while her body goes round, then her head turns to follow her body. Like if you walk past a shop window and you're looking at something while you're still walking.
And I dunno how I can make the IKEA on the shirt any easier to see. =/
