Yay, a second post before March ends! I've actually got three images to choose from - but one is similar to my last post and the other is going to need a big rambly tweaked drabble and description, so this one seemed the most ideal |D; It's gonna be a kind of sparse description, but I'll try what I can~

So looks like this one was drawn back in August - it's just a simple one of Jethro (a lion) when he wasn't much more than a couple years younger than when I depict him in the current Colour storyline As you can see though, he used to have some serious long luxurious flowing Thor hair going on It was what inspired this doodle - I have this headcanon when he was in his mid teens, he totally let his hair just grow wild and essentially acted the same; he was still young enough to behave wildly and have next to no responsibilities yet. It's totally when he started becoming a total shameless flirt and Casanova (hence the line XD "LAAAADIES~ " Charming the petticoats off the nearest pretty girl no doubt~)

It wasn't until his late teens that his mother and brother suggested him finding some means of work - by becoming a mercenary. That's when he was forced to cut off all his beautiful hair, much to his utter dismay. (His mother did it, quite happily, seeing as she hated his frivolous long hair and wanted to see it chopped off. If it was slightly more "modern" culture, Jethro would probably seem like some dirty, lazy hippie to her xD; ) But it eventually grows back enough for him to tie it back enough for his current design (he's probably discouraged from growing it TOO much more longer though).

Sure he smartens up enough to take his job seriously and become a fully capable and valuable asset to his team - he never does lose his love of the ladies though, and he'll still try to sneak some opportunities when he can (if what he was leading up to in the last comic pages were any indication HEY THAR PRETTY MAMA~ *bricked*) But yeah, just some musing on my part. Nice way to spruce up a simple doodling at least! I also was considering offering commissions back then that maybe looked like this (since it's a half body/close up image with minimal background effect, it wouldn't be too complicated to pump out). Seeing as work is keeping me plenty busy enough (and since busy season is like a month away), it's probably not in the cards right now though. Maybe later in the year if things go well? A nice thought anyway.
