yep. I think Punk was "buried at sea", only in the sewers of Teaneck, New Jersey...back in '79, if memory serves. Fantastic colors and textures, pal...and I'm fighting back one angry rebellious tear as I type this.

Nicely done~
I remember studying classic Punk and Punk culture for my A-Level exam.
And i just thought. Today is a far less colourful~ more boring~ more conformed state of affairs and it made me sad.
This makes me happy though. i like it. ^_^

the industrial allusions are all there.. the wall with media (propoganda) plastered, bombarding the masses.. the face of oppression, dissatisfied and apathetic.. great commentary on many things..

each 'movement' comes *out* of the society it seeks to separate itself from.. a wave may rise up and crash on the shore but eventually it will go back to being a part of the sea.. theyre intrinsically linked. the grand gestures of the october 1917 revolution as extreme as it was still had only a limited lifespan.. the wave MUST come home to the sea eventually. the only true 'revolution' that has it's independence is one that will come from 'visitors' to this planet. they are beyond this 'ocean' and can affect us in new ways.
theyll prbably do this by laughing hysterically at our
religious ideas
sexuality
societal norms
clothes and tastes
carnivorous tendencies
crude and puny energy uses
disrespect for other living things
taking ourselves so seriously
then they'll give us a hug, say its all ok and then help us to grow up!

Yeah well... I see you trembling in fear already so... so, I guess... I let you off this time without flicking creme brulee on you. Consider yourself lucky, buster.
