I'm not sure, as I find gulls in Winter plumage very confusing, but after some research I'm pretty sure it's a first year Ring-Billed gull.If someone recognizes it as something different please tell me

I took ornithology, so I know birds pretty well, but this one is very hard to figure out, especially since it's a juvenile. I agree that it is most likely a ring billed though. But you captured it very well, nice job!
