i myself am working on learning flash design and wutnot in school. ive taken multimedia design and adv flash classes but they dont do a very good job of teaching us here.
it looks very smooth and clean.
I love the little accents that bring attention to themselves. like the flashing rollovers, and how everything drags out when you click.
question.
on your button rollovers, when your mouse is over they blink, did you create a seperate movie clip and insert it in a button as the mouse over? or did you create them as movie clips and have a goto and play action when you mouse over?

it is just a 2 frame movie clip (one frame dark the other slightly lighter) on the over section of the button timeline.
i use 50 frames per second to get the smoothness
