Description
So this originally was not gonna have a mermaid in the vase, these flowers were fake flowers that were in a pretty little holster in my schools main office but then I remembered the story of thumbelina and decided to dream up a story of a mermaid that budded from the flowers and saw the world through glass.

Ignore the shadow, I was trying to replicate the effect the light does when it hits water but I kinda failed on that so just move ooooonnnnn.

Im just gonna leave it at that tho, today was also really cloudy which wasn't ideal conditions to photograph warm colors, but I needed to paint something to cheer me up so I had to make this.

This also was supposed to be background study but you already know how that goes down.
