I'm not sure, it's been a while. I would guess... 2 lights behind to the left one hard one soft, the same behind to the right, immediatly to the right there is a beauty dish, above is a large softbox and there may be a piece of foam core or somethign in front/to the left for some fill.

Gorgeous angle to capture him in. And wonderful colours and lighting as ever! Too bad about the creases in the background, kinda conflicts with the smooth light.
