One of the best artists in hip-hop right now. Tyler The Creator, of Odd Future. This is apart of my Against The Grain series. No paint, just wood, wood stain, and nails. The image is created through various layers of wood stained to different shades and then stacked on top of each other. And it's all done by hand with saws and blades. No laser-cutting. And they all have a 3D element that doesn't come through in the photos that's really cool.
