lol I still can't believe I made this

Anyways, this was my final art project for sculpture class, and what we had to do was pick an artist, research their work, and make something using their style, surprise surprise I picked Claes Oldenburg, so in homage of his giant amazing sculptures I decided to make a 5 foot tall crane with a 15 foot wing span

Oh yeah, I went there

lol man, I had to use 63, that's right, 63 PIECES OF PAPPER, EACH SHEET ABOUT 19x27 INCHES, and glue them all together, that final sheet of paper was HUGE, it took up an entire hallway, I just wish I had recorded the building process, it was so cool, I had to crease the paper with my feet XD AND I MADE THIS ALL BY MY SELF, mad skillz to me

Anyways, here are the picts, and there I am with my master piece (now I'm 5 foot 6 inches, 5'7" with shoes, so this bird is pretty big XD )

I <3 origami, so this was really fun, a lot of hard work, but damn fun, enjoy!
