Believe it or not this is actually something illustrators and animators do quite often to try and think about how a character would be posed or look, a good example being the animators of the original 'Toy Story' movie, who spent hours walking round their office with their boots nailed to a plank of wood to work out how the green army soldiers would walk.

Over the past year I've portrayed the roles of Robin Hood, the giant from Jack and the Beanstalk, and the devil throwing some Molotov Cocktails to help friends with there illustration work to name a few roles.

Can't say I've had to portray a ballerina though......yet.
