i seen plenty of lip piercings in those locations but using thick long needles just make is look so painful and gruesome

it looks almost real but you went a little over bord with the fake blood did you actually put the needles in your lip or is it compiter animated? if it was real i can say yeah there would be some blood but sence you have the needles in it would block the blood flow but there would be a little around the holes of the needles
