Great shot! I like how the colors of the bird are essentially the same as the background, but the stark white feathers and the focus make the buzzard pop out of the photo. Your timing is also impeccable--got the bird just before touchdown, with feathers fully spread to show off all the beautiful markings--even the alulas are out! Wonderful photo

Interesting. In my mind when I think of Buzzard, I think of something more akin to vultures but the Common Buzzard of Europe/Asia is much more hawk like.
