There are some how-to-draw videos on Youtube (such as [link] ) that show how to draw certain Adventure Time characters, and yeah, you can apply many of those skills when drawing something in Adventure Time-style.
Also, watching episodes of Adventure Time over and over again and taking a gander at official character art (especially at the Adventure Time Wiki) many times helps.
