The legs look broken for 2 reasons: 1. both of them look like an S, or more like, her knee looks like it's folding in the wrong direction, and 2. her right leg starts off in her front part, and continues from the skirt from her back part. The character design, the technique, are great. It's just that I can't stand those legs.

Nice observation, I had a hard figuring how to draw her right shoe to match the leg ,and I purposely draw the legs S shape, probably the left leg should be more straight looking. I need to fix it some how
