What? She doesn't just do dolls?Hehe... This was to be the layout for my pixel art site about 6 months ago. As you can see, I was going to call it "pixelicious" but it kinda folded... I was bummed because I quite liked it, so here it is to retire in my gallery. At the moment, my site is called "Momoko" but it's not up yet... soon though.
I'm pretty sure this doesn't go in isometric because, while it's 3D, it's not actually isometric because of it's frontal view, correct? Hopefully so...
Anyway, took about 5 days on and off, I'd say about 7 hours in total, in good ol' PSP...

Very warm colors and nice buildings and trees, I would change the blue background color, it would make an interesting page I guess.

Wow, you did a great job! It stinks that you decided against the website. I used to have one; I made layouts for like months before I finally settled on one that looked decent o_O . I like how you made the trees.

Aren't layouts so annoying? I've made... 8 to date, and it's only the eighth one I've wanted to keep... Hopefully I'll have my site up before I decide against that one too!

The pixel-buildings at the top are so well done ! Even if I dont really like / understand the light effect that is in them... o_O
Otherwise, it's a very simple and pretty layout. I'm not really used to see the site's name at the bottom lol but it doesn't matter.

This layout never made it because I didn't really like it... you're right, the light effect is a bit weird, there are a few other weaknesses... hehe you noticed the name, I was stuck where to put it!
