Description
I wanted to paint something intense Magic style involving wizards and the undead. I begun this piece with chaotic scribbles to figure out the form and composition i want and eventually surfacing up to some sort of worm-dragon silhouette and i thought it looked cool so i ditched my original direction. I decided to paint a serpent but i tried to stay as far away as possible from the generic dragon-looking design you'd typically see. To complete the scene,i painted exaggerated waves and ships to compliment the 'intensity' element.
