Revisitation of a photomanipulation called Pink Heart Sunrise . Originally derived from a photo I took of a forest sunrise in Kruger National Park (South Africa), where my good friend Brin Kennedy altered the shape of the sun to look like a heart and allowed me to share the resulting image as premade background stock.

By that token, I would like to dedicate this image to Brin for her birthday on January 28 and being totally awesome every single day of the year

Further credits go to talented artists Sascha / Sirius-sdz who created the glowing texture I applied around the sun heart, and Lara / TheParasiticBandaid for painting the subtle acrylic paint spatters inside the glow.
