ok ok i guess i can't get by a month without drawing REI... so here ya go
and yes i went crazy with the highligths and shadows with the hair.... it was the middle of the nigth and i have a class in the morning ... ^^ oh yeah one more thing... i design the clothes.... i'm not good though but hey it works...

No problem. I imagined Rei wearing a similar dress in my NGE story at XMAS time, based off a similar style...

Also, thanks for stopping by my page as well. I'm obviously a hard-core NGE fan, given my handle her and the asuka pic as the featured deviation.
