Well this took some time as well new shading technique stolen from one particular yt video
Anyways, I had a change to use some of my new custom brushes to make the bloody shoulders look like they are actually part of the coat not some incident with red paint..
Those tiny spots ;v;
As well I didn't know what to put as the fence or bg, as there was nothing written or linked to ref

Ellis is back with his dressage mare, again in cold weather so Sir Dusk is a NO. At least Ling likes the snow, probably after the show she was lying in it looking like she is some proud ice queen :'D

Story~

it's a beautiful morning, the snow is snowing, the horses are happy. As well the competition is on! Ellis was getting his mare ready for the show, she might not be as experienced as Sir Dusk but that is the whole point. She needs to learn and gain knowledge about this discipline, as Ling is a very intelligent mare she is also ambitious but a little posh. Something Ellis has to deal with all the time with dressage horses. Head up high, tail in the air, fancy trot and polish my hoof you pesky human!
The bloody shouldered mare was just having her ear bonnet put on. Looking fancy she waved her head doing a loud neigh.

Ellis finally put on his top hat and mounted the mare, she was ready to show of her skills. Not really used to the snow but it's something to deal with. The blond haired man waved to Val on the other side of the Arena in a nice manner. After that he went of with the show. Just as it was his turn, the snow became stronger, all those white pillows flying around. It added such a nice ambiance to the show!
