It's been 1,5 years since I last drew Sagadir at a show ¤ u ¤ Now it's time for his Grand Prix debut! ...Say hi to team Kvarkadir?RESULTS: 1st Place!

This has been sitting in the WIP folder for a whiiile now. It... was tough. Really tough. Took forever and a little...
...but BOY did I have fun
I invested a lot of extra time into the audience this time for the lols, so have a fun game if you're bored:

This is absolutely freaking *amazing*!! I'm always blown away by how unique your style is and how gorgeous your characters always look. Your backgrounds freaking SLAY. Every time. I just love all of your work it's so breathtaking. I also adore how you do veins. I'd love to see a tutorial on how you do them sometime! I frequent your dapple tutorial hahaha it's really come in handy, though I'm nothing near the master that you are HAHA.

Veins (details in general) are one of my favourite things to add near the end, though there's not much technique to it. Just a scribble in a slightly lighter tone than the base colour + a somewhat darker shade on one side and voilà

Team Kvarkadirs pose is so dynamic and strong, I can almost feel that breeze of air hitting my face after they've dashed past me. The details in Simons outfit and Sagadirs tack got me stunned, no matter how often I look at them I'm just amazed how detailed and realistic it looks!! And Sagadirs neck is premium material So is Simons booty btw and I think that guy at the fence would like to agree
And then the details just continue in the background ;____; Look at all those individual people. I loved playing that game and looking for all the people you've described, it honestly was super enjoyable

Kvark and Swagdir are making quite the team together, I just love how flashy and powerful their pose and movement looks here! It totally suits there personalities as well. c;
Mmhmm all that gorgeous intricate vein work is so realistic and amazingly done, love how you make it look so natural yet stand out all at the same time! Just shows how sexy and buff Mr. Grey is!
Simon is looking fabulous and handsome as ever, he has such a wonderful side profile, gosh darn this guy for being so sneaky yet beautiful all at the same time!
The background is so gorgeous and pleasing to the eyes, such a restful yet energic mood! ;;
the sky just looks like pure magic I love the shades of pink and blue and how they are blended together and accompanied by the stars in the far distance, just perfection! <3
Also those trees-- holy moly you are just a pure art god- they look so great as well, love how you defined the bark and texture!
I love all the interactions you have going in the background, I have to say Mr. Eyes laying eyes on that Kvark booty (can you blame him though? ) and the bratty kid scaling the fence had me giggling for the longest time! X'DD <333

Kvark and Swagboi sure have that in common; their love for showing off and for the ~ dramatical ~ :'D So in that respect they make a good team. We'll see how well it will serve them in the future

Thankgod I decided to drop out of the event, because you would have kicked my butt, and rightfully so. Hahah
Where do I even start, oh wow. Kvarkgadir looks as fab as expected, I may not totally like Kvark, but I will admit, he's got style #bling . And the pose is so dynamic! You always make dressage poses look so alive and engaging, what's your secret?
Also, that background. Holy smokes. The time it must have taken for you to draw all of those bingo items ... (found them all hah). I'm in awe. And it all fits so well together!
