It's a Daimler Ferret Scout car. Canada had non-turret version for it's use of a recon and peacekeeping duties (mainly deployed for UN use).
Was used to replace the old Dingo recon car.
Both were nicknamed the clown cars for some how Canada manage to get 5 guys to fit into these recon cars that are meant for 2-3 (depending on model version), don't ask me how, was told we can squeeze that many in one.
