This is amazing. What did you use for this? Pencil, charcoal etc?

This is really good
Normally I don't like a drawing that has the background showing, I think it makes for a poor composition, but your drawing here contradicts that. There's so much going on, and I like how the fabric trails off the page. The placement of everything is really nice, it keeps moving your eye around and around the comp. which is definitely a plus ^^ And its in charcoal, which is one of the hardest mediums to "master" (personally it's my favorite 8D) and here, you have a really nice gradient. Light lights, and dark darks, its not purgatory middle grey like a lot of people end up doing in the process of learning ^^ Also, your glass work is amazing. Your elipse's look really good, and that's really hard to do, so good on ya!
Keep up the amazing work ^^

wow, thank you so much for the wonderful comment c: Charcoal is actually my least favorite medium haha, but I've been working really hard to get a good grade in this class- I only have one more portrait project as the final and it's probably gonna be the last I'll be seeing of charcoal for a long time xD .(until I take figure drawing some following year that is)

Oh you're welcome! I know how it feels to have a comment that picks out certain good aspects instead of "Wow thats so good!" xD And really? I honestly couldn't tell, I thought you really enjoyed it like I do =3 Most people that don't like charcoal aren't as good with it, and kinda avoid it. But its fantastic to get projects done ASAP 8D And I bet you'll do wonderful in your class! xD It's really nice, my art teacher would die if someone handed in a piece like this one!

Lol! Oh don't worry, I've been there before! I had to do a whole 16x18 drapery study, charcoal saved my arse xD I got it done in like, an hour and a half. Yay for procrastination! And you're really welcome, you deserve that A- ^^ I just, feel the strong need to comment on really good art. Normally I dont see it just pop up on the main page, or its done by some highly overrated artist x.x

This is absolutely beautiful! The form, shading, light, shape, everything is wonderful! γ½(^γ^)δΈΏ
It almost looks like watercolor instead of charcoal, it flows so well.
I'm very envious of your talent. qββΏβq
